Strategy Planning and Development
At TW Strategic we work with clients to clarify and articulate their overall organisational strategy.
We then begin each client relationship by documenting a clear communications strategy reflecting each client’s specific communications objectives. This can be done through a facilitation process involving senior management and communications teams, or independently to provide a fresh external perspective.
TW Strategic has documented engagement strategies with a diverse group of clients ranging from Singapore Power International to the Broadmeadows Schools Network.
Corporate Communications and Engagement
TW Strategic works with clients to develop and document stakeholder engagement and corporate positioning strategies.
This will include key messaging, stakeholder analysis, engagement objectives and issues identification. This work becomes the foundation for proactive positioning, reputation, media and stakeholder engagement, as well as reactive reputation, media, issues and crisis management.
Over 15 years the TW Strategic team have provided corporate communications support to a wide range of organisations including JB Hi-Fi, Ferrier Hodgson (Dick Smith and Man to Man retail insolvencies), Australian Bluegum Plantations, Peter Mac Cancer Centre, Melbourne Polytechnic, Boral, Prader-Willi Research Foundation of Australia and Barristers’ Chambers Limited.
Public Affairs and Policy
TW Strategic delivers deep understanding of government decision-making at all levels.
We support clients to engage effectively with government decision makers and influencers. This can include developing government tenders, submissions and sophisticated policy positions and advocacy. Over more than 15 years the TW Strategic team has provided expert Public Affairs and Policy services to a wide range of partners including the Victorian Government, Leightons, Metro Trains (Melbourne), Melbourne Polytechnic and Symonds Homes / Builders Academy Australia.
Campaigns and Project Management
TW Strategic works with clients to design integrated communications campaigns.
These align to our client’s corporate strategy and specific campaign objectives and include clear budgets and timelines. We coordinate development of campaign teams and resources as well as oversee execution of the campaign itself. The TW Strategic team has previously designed, developed and executed a range of campaigns including establishment and execution of an international summit on developing northern Australia in 2014 with the Australian Davos Connection.
